We are Sujatha, Peter and Nikhil. After many years of working around the world from California to India, we traded our office lives for a 19th century former wine domaine set on 3 acres in the French Loire Valley. We have been busy renovating a few of the barns on our property into comfortable and stylish holiday accommodation, discovering and learning many new skills in the process.
Taking full advantage of the wonderful local produce, we will offer cooking classes and multi-course dinners several times a week. Sujatha who has been classically trained at Paris’ renowned Ferrandi culinary institute, to add to her already extensive knowledge of Indian cooking, will take you on a mouthwatering journey.
